Inverted trapezoid box
The belt trailer’s body features the renowned inverted trapezoid design. This shape facilitates material flow and reduces buildup on the walls.
The interior walls are made of Hardox 450 steel—renowned for its high wear resistance—and lined with an aluminum sheet to prevent corrosion.
Heavy-duty chain
The 4-inch chain used on our trailers is built to last. Made from high-quality steel, it stands up exceptionally well to demanding working conditions.
The chain is lubricated automatically, with a flow rate that can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Dual-motor system
Most belt trailers operate with a single motor. Cross Country uses two.
The result: more stable, consistent operation and better unloading performance.
Reversible chain
The chain can also run in reverse.
If you stop the unloading process midway, simply reverse the chain to bring the material back inside. There is no need for manual shoveling.
High-end construction
The body is made of Hardox 450 steel—renowned worldwide for its strength—and is lined with an aluminum sheet to extend its service life.
The welds are Hardox-certified, and the chassis is constructed from T-1 Strenx steel.
Using higher-performance steel allows for reduced material thickness, thereby lowering weight without compromising durability.
