Inverted trapezoid box
The belt trailer box uses the well-known inverted trapezoid design. This shape helps material flow more easily and reduces buildup along the walls.
The interior walls are made of Hardox 450 steel, known for its exceptional wear resistance, and covered with an aluminum sheet to prevent corrosion.
Heavy-duty chain
The 4-inch chain used in our belt trailers is built for durability. Made from high-quality steel, it stands up to demanding working conditions.
The chain lubrication system operates automatically, with adjustable flow depending on your needs.
Dual motor system
Most belt trailers operate with a single motor. Cross-Country uses two.
This provides smoother operation, more consistent movement and better performance during unloading.
Reversible chain
The chain can also run in reverse.
If unloading stops midway, simply reverse the chain to bring the material back inside. No need to shovel it manually.
Premium construction
The box uses Hardox 450 steel, known worldwide for its durability, and is covered with an aluminum sheet to preserve its lifespan.
The welds are Hardox certified and the frame is built with T-1 Strenx steel.
Higher-performance steel allows thinner material, reducing weight without sacrificing durability.
