The frame is built with 130,000 ksi steel main rails, a solid base that holds up under the most demanding loads.

Two large cylinders, one on each side, tilt the floor. The floor can rise all the way up to the level of the trailer’s front deck.

The ramp raises and lowers using air. Even without a hydraulic system, the trailer stays fully usable.

On the side of the trailer, a control box holds all the key valves. It controls both the electric ramps and the floor.
